This notice explains how Solar Made Easy Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use the Solar Funding Score on solarmadeeasy.uk and when we follow up about funded solar.

When you complete the Solar Funding Score we collect the details you enter, which may include:
We use your information to assess whether your site may qualify for fully funded solar, to produce your indicative score, and to contact you about next steps. Where you provide a bill or MPAN, we also use it to check whether we can reduce your energy procurement costs. Our lawful bases are:

We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: our website host (Netlify), our form/notification provider (Web3Forms), and Google Maps (to display the map and look up addresses). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU-approved data transfer mechanisms) are in place.
We do not sell your data, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.
We keep your enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records — normally no longer than 24 months — after which it is securely deleted.
